Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa is often praised for its spacious rooms, many offering stunning lake views and featuring amenities like a gas log fireplace and large bathrooms. Guests frequently enjoy the indoor pool, spa, and sauna area, with some finding the on-site dining amazing; however, a few guests have noted that the room cleaning service might be delayed until after 3 PM. The location, slightly removed from Queenstown's center but easily accessible by a short drive or the convenient water taxi, offers a tranquil environment, and the lake walk accessible from the resort provides even better higher views than the main walk into town.

the room was spacious. the bathroom was very nice. breakfast was included and it was first rate. there was a great selection and i could order eggs benedict.
the room felt quite worn out and did not match the photos online. the distance between the room, lobby, and restaurant was significant. the lack of clear signage made it difficult to navigate the facilities.
